stay with me, lay with me, now
Our dogs are lovey little creatures, but they also have the capability to turn into furry obstacles. Sometimes I wonder if they do it on purpose. This evening the puppies were lying next to me while I played online, and after a while of this, Max seemed to have had enough. She put both front paws on my chest and leaned against my face, completely obscuring my view of the keyboard and screen. I was able to move her so I could see, but only briefly, getting a couple seconds of unobstructed laptop interaction before she leaned back against me. Maddy has her own version of this manuever as well - she comes up and curls up on my chest so her neck is against my face - and hers is every bit as efficient as Max's. They're so cute when they do this type of thing that I hate to move them, but then again, when I'm on the laptop, I'd actually like to be able to see what's on whatever site that's currently caught my interest.
